Bank statement descriptor

The bank statement descriptor is the description that will be displayed on your customers’ bank account statements for each of your card transactions.

When a CentralPay Merchant profile is created, a bank statement descriptor is defined automatically using the name of your first Point of Sale: CPAY*PointOfSaleName

You can request CentralPay to modify your descriptor; however, it must allow your customers to clearly identify you or access your complaint site.
