Before submitting a technical request<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are a few things you can check beforehand:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Authentication:<\/strong> Are you <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/documentation\/informations-generales\/la-plateforme\/utiliser-nos-apis\/\">properly authenticated<\/a>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Environment:<\/strong> Are you in the correct environment for the Merchant Portal and the API (Sandbox or LIVE)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authorization:<\/strong> Do you have the necessary permissions to perform this operation? HTTP error 403 indicates an authorization error. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HTTP Error:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/documentation\/developpeurs\/resources-by-type\/codes\/http-codes\/\">See the meanings of CentralPay HTTP error codes<\/a>. If you receive an HTTP 500 error code, please contact technical support immediately. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
