{"id":16662,"date":"2025-07-02T11:46:44","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T09:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/documentation\/contract-templates\/partner-merchant\/mobsp-orias-declaration\/"},"modified":"2026-09-02T16:24:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T14:24:40","slug":"mobsp-orias-declaration","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/en\/documentation\/general-information\/contract-templates\/partner-merchant\/mobsp-orias-declaration\/","title":{"rendered":"MOBSP (Orias) Declaration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\u2139\ufe0f Before reading this page, please see the section on <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/en\/documentation\/contract-templates\/partner-merchant\/\">onboarding for partners<\/a>.<\/pre>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CentralPay partners based in France operate as intermediaries in banking and payment services (IOBSP), specifically as Intermediaries for Banking and Payment Services (MOBSP).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To become a CentralPay MOBSP partner, you must register with ORIAS. CentralPay will then need to register you as its Intermediary. Your part of the process can be completed in a few hours, while CentralPay\u2019s part takes a few days. ORIAS, for its part, may take up to two months to review your application.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although this process is your responsibility, CentralPay can assist you if needed. Please contact our customer service department if you need help. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Prepare your data<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Get your certificate of appointment<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After signing your partnership agreement with CentralPay:<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to our customer service department that includes your <strong>company name<\/strong> and <strong>SIREN<\/strong> number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CentralPay will respond with your <strong>authorization certificate<\/strong>. You will need this document for step 3.3. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2. Gather your supporting documents<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During Step 3.3 of the registration process, you will need to provide the following supporting documents:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commercial register issued within the last three months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of professional qualifications: a degree from an accredited business or management school; an RNCP certification (NCF 122, 128, 313, or 314, levels 7 through 5); or recognition by the CIEP for foreign degrees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not have proof of professional competence accepted by Orias, please send an email to our customer service department. Create your ORIAS account<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1. Log in to your ORIAS account<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your inbox for an email from ORIAS (<a href=\"mailto:no-reply-orias@orias.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">no-reply-orias@orias.fr<\/a>). The email contains your <strong>username and <\/strong>a temporary <strong>password<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orias.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ORIAS website<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click &#8221; <strong>Sign In<\/strong> &#8221; \/ &#8221; <strong>Login&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your <strong>username and <\/strong>the temporary <strong>password<\/strong> provided in your email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the instructions on your screen to change your password, then save it<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After saving your new password, you will be redirected to your ORIAS account page<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Submit a new registration request<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1. Pay your registration fee<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final step is to pay your registration fee.<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please note that you are paying for registration <strong>as a non-exclusive Intermediary for banking transactions and payment services<\/strong>. CentralPay registers you as a MOBSP<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you email your Orias registration number to CentralPay, <strong>CentralPay will register you<\/strong> as <em>a non-exclusive Intermediary for banking operations and payment services (MOBSP)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. ORIAS reviews your application<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ORIAS <strong>will review your documents<\/strong> and <strong>application<\/strong> to ensure that your file is <strong>fully compliant<\/strong>. ORIAS will notify you of its final decision via email. If your application is approved, the email will also include the date on which your MOBSP status will take effect.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please feel free to contact ORIAS by phone (09.69.32.59.73) or email (<a href=\"mailto:contact@orias.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact@orias.fr<\/a>) if you do not receive the information regarding your application in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Update your legal notices<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving approval from ORIAS and becoming a MOBSP, be sure to <strong>update your legal notices<\/strong>. Add something similar to the following example to the footer of your website, to your legal notices page, and anywhere else you distribute or sell payment services. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>[Company Name], a company registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of [City of Registration] under number [RCS number], and listed in the Single Register of Insurance Intermediaries, Banking and Finance under registration number [ORIAS registration number] as a non-exclusive Intermediary for banking transactions and payment services.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2139\ufe0f Before reading this page, please see the section on onboarding for partners.
