Some steps may be adapted or simplified depending on the specifics of your Integration process. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Online Merchants<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The onboarding process consists of <strong>six<\/strong> main <strong>steps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Project Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our sales teams will work with you to analyze your project:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proposed payment channels (web, mobile, Point of Sale (POS), recurring, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred payment methods (credit card, Bank transfer, SEPA, Pay By Bank, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration Methods (API, Portal, Connector)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profile of Your End Customers (B2B, B2C, subscriptions, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated volume (frequency and amounts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2. Preliminary Compliance Analysis of Your Project<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the information provided, our compliance department conducts a <strong>preliminary regulatory analysis<\/strong> aimed at:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check whether your business is compatible with our regulatory framework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential areas of concern (sensitive sectors, complex flows, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify any warranties or special conditions in advance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3. Signing of the Master Agreement<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once this preliminary analysis has been approved, you will be asked to sign the <strong>Payment Services Framework Agreement or Electronic money agreement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralpay.com\/fr\/cgu\/\">View the Payment Services Framework Agreement<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A legal representative may designate an intermediary to sign on their behalf (sample delegation form available upon request)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4. Launch of the Integration<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After signing the contract:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will receive your <strong>login credentials for the test environment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can access the CentralPay technical documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are receiving personalized support, an onboarding meeting will be scheduled to set up your initial settings (notifications, Payouts, user permissions, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5. Creating a CentralPay Merchant Profile<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal representative receives a <strong>secure registration link<\/strong> to create the profile:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It supplements the legal information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He accepts the <strong>Terms and Conditions of Use<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The comprehensive compliance analysis is then initiated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This analysis may lead to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Requests for additional documents<\/strong> (KYC\/KYB, contracts, supporting documents, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>refusal to open the account<\/strong> if the regulatory criteria are not met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profile validation<\/strong>, leading to its activation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.6. Go-Live<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once all steps have been validated, including Integration and any initial invoices:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>go-live date<\/strong> has been agreed upon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your profile has been unlocked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can cash out your first transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Merchants affiliated with a Technical Partner<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a merchant integrated through a <strong>CentralPay Technical Partner or Intermediary Merchant<\/strong>, the process is <strong>simplified<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll go directly to Step 5: <strong>Creating a CentralPay Merchant Profile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1. Single Step: Profile Creation and Regulatory Approval<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will receive a <strong>registration link<\/strong> sent by your partner or directly from CentralPay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This link allows you to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please complete the information about your organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe your <strong>business<\/strong> in detail, the <strong>types of end customers you serve<\/strong>, and the <strong>estimated volume<\/strong> of your operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept the <strong>Terms and Conditions of Use<\/strong> and sign the framework agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The technical aspects (integration, user flow, payment methods) have already been defined as part of the agreement signed with the Technical Partner or Intermediary.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CentralPay&#8217;s comprehensive compliance review remains mandatory before the profile can be approved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CentralPay offers several ways of onboarding, depending on your situation: This guide outlines the various steps based on your profile.
