Any person or entity wishing to open a CentralPay Merchant Profile must ensure that its business complies with the requirements listed below. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engaging in any of the following activities may result in a refusal to perform onboarding, the suspension of your profile, or its immediate termination.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Activities That Are Strictly Prohibited<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Category<\/th><th>Examples of Prohibited Activities<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Illegal Activities<\/strong><\/td><td>Sale of drugs, illicit goods, or prohibited substances<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Prostitution<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Prohibited or Regulated Products Without Authorization<\/strong><\/td><td>Sale of Medicines or Pharmaceutical Products Without a License<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Sale of alcohol, tobacco, or gambling services without a license<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Sale of weapons, explosives, or hacking devices<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Illegal Content and Conduct<\/strong><\/td><td>Distribution of pornographic or extreme content<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Activities that incite hatred or racism, or that glorify terrorism<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Distribution of images that violate public order<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Fraud or Prohibited Business Practices<\/strong><\/td><td>Identity theft, document fraud<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Sale of counterfeit products or unauthorized brands<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Phishing websites or spyware<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Risk-Prone or Non-Cooperative Networks<\/strong><\/td><td>Cult-like organizations or ultra-radical movements<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Networks operating in jurisdictions subject to sanctions or that are non-cooperative (e.g., unrecognized tax havens)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Activities Subject to Strict Conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain activities may be considered <strong>subject to a more thorough review by the compliance teams<\/strong> and the provision of valid regulatory documentation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online gaming or betting (with a license issued by the competent authority)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale of alcohol or tobacco (with legal authorization)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Streaming or subscription platforms (subject to anti-fraud measures)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
