Features<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Merchant Portal allows you to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To view the accounting transactions for the account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To view card payments (&#8220;Card Transactions&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View SEPA bank transfer payments (&#8220;sctTransaction&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To view SEPA Direct Debit payments (&#8220;sddTransaction&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create and view payment requests (&#8220;paymentRequest&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create and configure Customer Profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create and configure Point of Sale (POS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure Smart Push notifications (templates, scenarios, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To set up and manage payout settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To generate exports and download monthly financial reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Partner Merchants and Intermediary Merchants only:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To create and view enrollment requests (&#8220;merchant-enrollment&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View the activity of standard Merchant Profiles or associated Participants Merchants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\u2139\ufe0f Accounts with \"Basic\" privileges (Participant Merchants through CentralPay intermediaries) can only view transactions in which they are the Beneficiaries (<code>transfer<\/code>) and manage their Payout settings (<code>payout<\/code>).<\/pre>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. User Profiles on the Portal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They represent individuals who have access to one or more CentralPay accounts as well as to all or some of the Merchant Portal\u2019s services.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1. Management of &#8220;Legal&#8221; and &#8220;Natural&#8221; User Profiles<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When creating a CentralPay Merchant Profile, the person responsible for completing the registration (an executive or an individual with delegated authority) is assigned a User Profile known as \u201cLegal.\u201d This person thus has full administrator rights for the account, as well as legal authority to configure the account\u2019s most sensitive settings: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment Account Settings:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change to the Outgoing IBAN (Payout)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change in the Terms for Bank Account Payouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating Corporate Documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User Settings:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating New &#8220;Legal&#8221; Users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Coming Soon<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the account has been created, you can create as many User Profiles as needed by entering their last name, first name, email address, and user role (which defines the permissions they will have on the account). The User Profiles created in this way are named &#8220;Natural.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\u2139\ufe0f If you have multiple CentralPay accounts and your teams need access to them, create their User Profiles in one of those accounts, then ask CentralPay to assign those profiles to your other accounts. This will give them a single, centralized point of access for all those accounts. <\/pre>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-small-font-size has-custom-font-size wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/test-backoffice.centralpay.net\/admin\/merchants\/users\/profiles-bouser-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><code>Recette<\/code>  Merchant Portal &#8211; BO User Profile Management<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-small-font-size has-custom-font-size wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/backoffice.centralpay.net\/admin\/merchants\/users\/profiles-bouser-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><code>Recette<\/code>  Merchant Portal &#8211; BO User Profile Management<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2. Managing Roles and Permissions for &#8220;Natural&#8221; User Profiles<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The permissions for &#8220;Natural&#8221; user profiles are governed by their user role. The role includes a list of permissions (read-only, create, edit, delete) that can be configured by service (transactions, payment requests, acceptance rules, etc.). These permissions may vary depending on the selected services.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users with the necessary permissions can create roles for each team in their company; however, predefined roles are available out of the box:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Admin: <\/strong>Full <strong>access <\/strong>to all Merchant Portal features (except for admin features). Please note that this role includes access to sensitive services such as acceptance rules, whitelists, blacklists, creating Merchant Portal users, creating Merchant Portal user roles, and creating and managing API users&#8230; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard Read-Only:<\/strong> <em>Coming soon<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Coming Soon<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact CentralPay customer service if you need help creating custom roles.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Some important details regarding the roles:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Roles can be combined; a user can therefore be assigned multiple roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role permissions are inheritable; therefore, a user with the permission to create other User Profiles can only assign a role that is the same as or lower than their own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-small-font-size has-custom-font-size wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/test-backoffice.centralpay.net\/admin\/merchants\/users\/roles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><code>Recette<\/code>  Merchant Portal &#8211; BO User Role Management<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-small-font-size has-custom-font-size wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/backoffice.centralpay.net\/admin\/merchants\/users\/roles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><code>Production<\/code>  Merchant Portal &#8211; BO User Role Management<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3. Managing POS Categories<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to restrict user access to certain POS locations, you can create categories, assign them to your POS locations, and then assign them to your User Profiles.  <\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Example: A user with permissions to create payment requests can only do so for the POS locations in their category.
