Vous pouvez le retrouver depuis votre Portail Marchand en utilisant un profil avec des droits Admin :         <span class=\"direction_steps\">\r\n            <span class=\"direction_step\"> Administration <\/span><span class=\"direction_step\"> Mon profil marchand <\/span><span class=\"direction_step\"> Comptes bancaires <\/span>        <\/span>\r\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifiez la ligne pr\u00e9sentant votre ICS dans la colonne &#8220;IBAN&#8221; puis copiez l&#8217;UUID associ\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Cr\u00e9ation et signature d&#8217;un nouveau mandat SEPA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Cr\u00e9ez un mandat SEPA :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/documentation\/developpeurs\/sdd-transaction\/mandate\/#create\">Cr\u00e9ez un &#8220;Mandate&#8221;<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renseignez votre &#8220;creditorBankAccountId&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renseignez le &#8220;CustomerId&#8221; de votre client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renseignez votre R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Unique de Mandat (RUM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indiquez le type de mandat que vous souhaitez cr\u00e9er dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;paymentType&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renseignez le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de votre client dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;debtorPhone&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renseignez l&#8217;email de votre client dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;debtorEmail&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indiquez le compte bancaire de votre client en renseignant son &#8220;bankAccountId&#8221; dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;debtorBankAccountId&#8221;<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une fois le mandat SEPA cr\u00e9\u00e9 :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un &#8220;mandateId&#8221; sera g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le statut du mandat sera en <em>PENDING<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un code \u00e0 6 chiffres (OTP) sera envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 votre&nbsp;client&nbsp;par&nbsp;SMS (dur\u00e9e de vie 15 min). <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/documentation\/developpeurs\/sdd-transaction\/mandate\/#renew-otp\">Vous pouvez renouveler l&#8217;envoi de l&#8217;OTP.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2. Signez un mandat SEPA :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.centralpay.com\/documentation\/developpeurs\/sdd-transaction\/mandate\/#sign\">Signez le &#8220;Mandate&#8221;<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collectez le code \u00e0 6 chiffres aupr\u00e8s de&nbsp;votre client, et renseignez-le dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;otp&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renseignez le &#8220;mandateId&#8221; g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 lors de la cr\u00e9ation du mandat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renseignez l&#8217;IP de votre client dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;endUserIp&#8221; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le statut du mandat passera ainsi en &#8220;ACTIVE&#8221; et le mandat SEPA au format PDF sera envoy\u00e9 au client par email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3. D\u00e9claration d&#8217;un mandat existant (migration)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre d&#8217;une migration de mandats d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un autre prestataire de paiement, il est possible de d\u00e9sactiver la fonction de signature par OTP sms et d&#8217;envoi du mandat SEPA par email. Si c&#8217;est votre cas, contactez nos \u00e9quipes afin d&#8217;obtenir plus de d\u00e9tails concernant cette proc\u00e9dure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9requis :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les mandats doivent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s avec votre Identifiant de Cr\u00e9ancier SEPA (ICS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mandats doivent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s avec votre entit\u00e9 juridique actuelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mandats doivent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00fbment sign\u00e9s et accept\u00e9s par vos d\u00e9biteurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mandats doivent \u00eatre encore actifs (&lt;36 mois depuis la derni\u00e8re transaction)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Modification d\u2019un mandat SEPA existant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1. Modifications possibles sans n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nouveau mandat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre mises \u00e0 jour sans exiger la signature d\u2019un nouveau mandat SEPA, sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019informer correctement le d\u00e9biteur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changement de nom du cr\u00e9ancier (modification de la structure juridique pr\u00e9levant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de l&#8217;Identifiant Cr\u00e9ancier SEPA (ICS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de la R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Unique de Mandat (RUM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de compte \/ IBAN du d\u00e9biteur au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame banque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de compte \/ IBAN du d\u00e9biteur suite \u00e0 un changement de banque<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Endpoints associ\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modifier un IBAN d\u00e9biteur<\/strong><br><code>POST \/bankAccount\/{bankAccountId}<\/code><br>Permet de mettre \u00e0 jour l\u2019IBAN d\u2019un compte bancaire d\u00e9biteur li\u00e9 \u00e0 un mandat SEPA existant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modifier une RUM<\/strong><br>Cette op\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas possible via les API CentralPay. Une modification de la RUM n\u00e9cessite la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un nouveau mandat (migration).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modifier le nom du cr\u00e9ancier<\/strong><br>En cas de changement de la structure juridique r\u00e9alisant les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements, un nouveau Profil Marchand CentralPay (<code>Merchant<\/code>) doit \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9. Les mandats existants devront alors \u00eatre red\u00e9clar\u00e9s sous ce nouveau profil via un processus de migration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2. Modifications n\u00e9cessitant un nouveau mandat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les modifications suivantes imposent la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un nouveau mandat SEPA, car elles impliquent une nouvelle autorisation du d\u00e9biteur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changement de nom du d\u00e9biteur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de la date de signature du mandat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de type de mandat : passage de SDD Core \u00e0 SDD B2B<br><em>NB : Ce cas d\u2019usage n\u2019est pas disponible dans les services CentralPay<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changement de la fr\u00e9quence de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement : passage de ponctuel \u00e0 r\u00e9current<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3. Communication des modifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les notifications de modifications doivent obligatoirement \u00eatre transmises :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Par le cr\u00e9ancier au d\u00e9biteur<\/strong>, pour toute modification initi\u00e9e par le cr\u00e9ancier (ICS, RUM, IBAN, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Par le d\u00e9biteur au cr\u00e9ancier<\/strong>, avec pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un justificatif (ex : RIB ou pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9) pour les changements d\u2019IBAN ou de donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le compte bancaire bankAccount du client et rattach\u00e9 son profil client &#8220;Customer&#8221;, vous pouvez cr\u00e9er un mandat SEPA &#8220;mandate&#8221; et collecter la signature \u00e9lectronique de votre client via un code (OTP) envoy\u00e9 par SMS.
