Customer Portal

The CentralPay Customer Portal is the interface for Customer Profiles (Customer). It allows your customers to:

• View their payment history
• To manage their ongoing transactions (updating their default payment method, canceling a subscription, etc.)
• But also to get in touch with you if you have any questions about a transaction (contact form)

This portal is primarily used by customers to manage recurring payments. CentralPay’s compliance teams may require that the URL for this portal be included in the footer or the terms and conditions of your e-commerce site.

To log in, your customers have two options:

Either through the Customer Portal homepage, by entering the details of one of their payments made using your CentralPay Merchant Profile:
