Prohibited Activities

To ensure regulatory compliance, operational security, and the reputation of its services, CentralPay strictly prohibits certain activities. Any person or entity wishing to open a CentralPay Merchant Profile must ensure that its business complies with the requirements listed below.

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in a refusal to perform onboarding, the suspension of your profile, or its immediate termination.

1. Activities That Are Strictly Prohibited

	Prostitution
Prohibited or Regulated Products Without Authorization	Sale of Medicines or Pharmaceutical Products Without a License
	Sale of alcohol, tobacco, or gambling services without a license
	Sale of weapons, explosives, or hacking devices
Illegal Content and Conduct	Distribution of pornographic or extreme content
	Activities that incite hatred or racism, or that glorify terrorism
	Distribution of images that violate public order
Fraud or Prohibited Business Practices	Identity theft, document fraud
	Sale of counterfeit products or unauthorized brands
	Phishing websites or spyware
Risk-Prone or Non-Cooperative Networks	Cult-like organizations or ultra-radical movements
	Networks operating in jurisdictions subject to sanctions or that are non-cooperative (e.g., unrecognized tax havens)

1.1. Activities Subject to Strict Conditions

Certain activities may be considered subject to a more thorough review by the compliance teams and the provision of valid regulatory documentation:

• Online gaming or betting (with a license issued by the competent authority)
• Sale of alcohol or tobacco (with legal authorization)
• Streaming or subscription platforms (subject to anti-fraud measures)

2. When in doubt…

• CentralPay reserves the right to interpret and make unilateral decisions regarding the acceptance or Rejection of a transaction, including in the event of regulatory changes.
• For any unusual or high-risk activity, an enhanced analysis may be required, with a mandate for transparency regarding cash flows, Beneficiaries, and end Customers
